Zdenka was born in Brno in the Czech Republic and still lives there to this day.  Her childhood years were routine but her body played a big part in her life right from her early years.

Zdenka was heavily in Gymnastics. She was a member of the czech gymnastics team for five years and become the Czech national champion 4 times in the ten years she participated in the sport.

In 1996 she posed for her first photoshoot and by April 1998 she was Penthouse Pet of the Month. However that was not the pinnacle of her carrier.
